Terms of use

Effective 15 August 2026 · Amaria Assistant Systems, Edmonton, Alberta

By creating an account you ask us to answer your business line in your name and relay the job to you by text. The service is $49.99 CAD / month, 60 minutes and 200 texts included, then pay as you go from your wallet (60¢/min and 10¢/text), cancel any month. Nothing is charged until you have heard Amaria answer your own number.

What Amaria does, and will not do

She says she is an AI in her first sentence. She does not quote a price, promise an arrival, or confirm an appointment unless live booking is on and a slot was actually taken. The text to you is the record — word for word.

Your callers

You are responsible for the number you forward to Amaria and for the instructions you give her. Your callers’ words may leave Canada so we can fill the lead card and summarize a recording, as described in the privacy policy.

Leaving

You can cancel any month. We stop answering the line and delete records on the retention clock, or sooner if you ask.
